Contracts, business letters, websites. These are priced by how much there is to write, so a person reads it before we quote — no instant number that turns out to be wrong.
Nothing in the box is sent until you press the button, and a price is not an order — we keep no copy of text sent for a quote. If you open a Word or Excel file, that file is sent so we can read the text out of it, and it is never written to our disk.
