The price is shown to you in dollars. Card payments are taken in Japanese yen, and the page says the yen amount before you pay; a card from another country converts it at its own rate.

Every document comes back with a signed certificate of accuracy. Some offices accept only a translator registered with their own authority, and our certificate is not that: check with the office before you order.
