Referral and thank-you credit

How the credit works, in full

Version 1.0 Last updated 11 Oct 2026 Fee to take part None

This page is the rules behind the credit you can earn: for a friend you bring, and for a review you write. The amounts below are the ones we use today.

Your link, and what your friend gets

  1. Your own link. Anyone with an account on Your orders has a personal referral link and code. Nothing has to be bought to have one, and there is no fee to take part.
  2. What your friend gets. ¥500 off their first order when they use your link or code before they accept the price. Each friend gets this once.
  3. What you get. ¥500 of credit when your friend's order has been delivered. We add it after delivery, never at payment. There is no limit on how many friends you can bring, and you cannot use your own code on your own order.
  4. Your friend's friends. Credit is for the friends you bring yourself. Nobody earns credit from their friend's own referrals.

A review

  1. Thank-you credit for a review. ¥300 of credit for writing a review about an order on polyfetti.com, once per order, whatever the review says. We give no credit for reviews on any other website.

Using credit

  1. What it takes off. Credit takes money off your own later orders, up to 50% of any one order. What is left stays on your account.
  2. How long it lasts. Each credit lasts 365 days from the day it is added, then it ends. Your account page shows the date.
  3. It is not money. Credit cannot be paid out, sold or transferred to anyone.
  4. If the order is refunded. If the order that earned a credit is refunded, the part of that credit you have not used yet is taken back. Credit you have already used stays used.
  5. If you delete your account. Credit ends when you delete your account, and it cannot be restored.
  6. Changes. We may change or end this scheme. Credit you have already earned stays valid until its end date.
  7. If you share your link in public. Say that you earn credit when someone uses it, for example by writing "referral credit" or 紹介特典あり next to it.
